We want you to love your essentials, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal remains intact.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your order.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
